Acting Director of Business Development

With almost 30 years of government sector experience, both in and out of uniform, Gary Loberg leads the Business Development Team at Monterey Technologies, Inc.  He is responsible for building partner relationships and seeking out business opportunities across all MTI’s lines of business.

Beyond his business development role, Gary provides subject matter expertise on select projects.  Gary is an FAA-certified airline transport pilot and instructor in both airplanes and helicopters, as well as being a retired Marine Corps aviator and senior military planner.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Gary holds advanced degrees from Columbia Business School (MBA), London Business School (MBA), The Naval Postgraduate School (Masters of Systems Analysis), and Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (Masters of International Public Policy).

Gary’s breadth and depth of experience make him a unique asset to the MTI team.
