As the digital course is completed, a few wrap-up items are suggested. The first is a presentation with the stakeholders, summarizing the course development and execution process, the evaluation and the overall impact. Next, final course materials and artifacts are gathered and delivered. Some of these documents may include the course plan, user engagements summary reports, the style guide, and the final evaluation report. Both the final presentation and final deliverables are prepared by the HFE, ID, and UX designer. Finally, a formal wrap-up meeting is conducted with the stakeholders and the SME to ensure that all objectives were met and to receive formal acceptance of the course from the stakeholder.
