Once the course is fully developed and thoroughly reviewed for errors and inconsistencies, the instructional designer uploads the course to the LMS. The LMS is configured for learner management, course management, and theme branding. Learner management includes creating accounts for learners, administrators, and instructors. Both the administrator and instructor can manage learners and generate reports, but the instructor is in charge of the course management. Course management consists of uploading and organizing the course, making sure that the hierarchy is correct and that everything flows well. Once the course is uploaded, learning assessments are added to the LMS from the e-learning application. Learners are assigned to the course and progress and activity tracking are enabled. Tracking and viewing learners’ assessments are part of the evaluations in the next phase.
